How to keep your legs together while performing a flick, flip

During Flick/Flip training one of the most difficult things for coaches (and sometimes parents) is getting the children to keep their legs together.

This simple little device fits neatly around their legs and sticks together when they join their legs.

Used in many Gyms it encourages children to concentrate on keeping legs together, unlike bean bags, balls or cushions there is no risk of flying objects when flicking.
